王秋生，教授，博士生导师。主要从事土体冲蚀特性及涉水构筑物水毁机制、岩土类材料变形破坏机理及新型材料研制、地下工程变形破坏理论等方面的教学和研究工作。1996-2003年就读于兰州交通大学，分别获学士和硕士学位；2003-2007年就读于浙江大学，获博士学位。2007-2010年在中国水利水电科学研究院做博士后。2010年至今在j9国际集团任教，2017-2018年在美国得克萨斯农工大学做访问学者。兼任中国大坝学会灰坝工程专业委员会委员，中国岩石力学与工程学会设计方法分会理事，中国科技产业化促进会标准化工作委员会专家委员，中国施工企业管理协会科技专家，中国交通运输协会交通工程设施分会专家委员，中国土木工程学会土力学与岩土工程分会本构关系及强度理论专委会委员等学术职务。部分研究成果在长春地铁、北京地铁、京沈客专、广州-清远北延线、重庆江津公路长江大桥等工程得到了成功应用。
